Can't renew license key

I don’t understand why it does not let me renew the license! this is the newest one, click renew, then the grey button. I don’t want to have a bought one. Doesn’t the free version renew anymore??

Hi Asyn, went to the link but I don’t understand it. DOes it mean avast won’t allow some of us to renew anymore?
