They only offer phone support. I can’t use a phone. They keep pushing products every 5 minutes with obnoxious pop ups and when you decide to bite, you can’t pay for your order. I’ve wasted an entire weekend on this. Still haven’t been able to renew. I think they just lost a customer. Zero support for a decades-long customer.
P.S. - Tempted to look for more customer friendly, bug free alternatives. Any suggestions?
If you use Avast Premium Security (which would appear to be the case), you can additionally stop seeing offers for other Avast products and Personalised Discounts. ** Avast UI > Menu > Settings > General > Personal Privacy.
Also check the AvastUI > Menu > Settings > General - Notifications, I would suggest using the Pop-up Notifications treatment - Limited Mode.
Stop running Smart Scan if you are doing this as invariably they find issues that they have a paid solution for.
