Can't report false positive from the positive file form

I tried to use this form for reporting a false positive but failed due to a captcha issue:

I tried Opera and Chrome browsers. Please see the attachment for the results.

Does anyone have the same issue? I also used the in-app reporting but I am not sure Avast could respond to that because It didn’t ask for an e-mail.

Hi,

You probably have some extension that is interfering with the captcha function. Try to disable your add-ons and see if that helps.
Or you can reply to the last email you received from us (it was related to this FP case 13309033)
