Okay,
So my problem all began years ago…about two, honestly. When ever I would try to register with the support center @ support.avast.com with my inital email address, I would never get the confirmation email. Not in my inbox, not in my spam, it just would not come thru. I finally gave up and registered with a GMail address.
Now the problem is that somehow, my email address is registered but I cant retrieve/reset my password. Its giving the same issue, even though Ill check one more time after giving it a good two hours. Why do I want to use my main email, barring the obvious of course, is that my Avast 5 Internet Suite is registered to that email and I would like my support account to reflect the same.
Can I email Alwil Support directly to maybe have them ‘push’ the reset page to my email? If so, do I simply send it to support@avast.com.
