Can't run scan in safe-mode.

Hello. I can’t run a scan in safe-mode because the lower portion of the Avast control panel is cut-off and I can’t therefore reach the scan button. Suggestions? (WinXP Pro OS.) Thanks.

Can you not drag the control panel up, hover the mouse pointer over the top bar left click and hold down whilst dragging the window up?

I assume this is because it defaults to a resolution of 800x600 in safe mode?

Why would you want to run a scan in safe mode when you can run a scan at boot-time from within avast wit windows XP?

Maybe better will be running ashSimp2.exe (the skinless interface)… :
