I cant scan rar, zip and etc archives. When I press right mouse button and choose “Scan …” noting happend. Also I cant scan folders by right click->Scan. When I try scan “Windows” or “Program files”, that are above 2GB after 2-3sec Avast screen say “scan complete” and isn’t scan. What’s wrong?
Have you rebooted after the install? Have you tried a repair install or complete reinstall of the program?
If this does not help more info is needed. What version of Avast and windows are you running.
did you reboot after installing avast?
avast v5 - real time shields > ( the shield you want ) > Expert settings > Packers
did this work ?
The problem is in … me 
After deep look in setting i saw this “Real System Shield” → “Expert Settings” → “Advanced” → “Use Transient caching” and “Use Persistent caching”. After untick both everyting is OK and all files and folders are scaned without problem
