Cant send a support message

Today I started to get a couple or threads advice in my Chrome browser but when I click the Analyze button it says my computer it’s clean.

I’m trying to contact support with no luck as there’s a message in the browser window that says that they think I’m a robot and I can’t proceed.

Really? No support at all while I’m paying for this tool?

I’ll try to search and post in the forums for an answer, but I feel bad about not being able to get support from them

Contacting Support really isn’t the direction to go given this is an Avast Alert, the Virus Labs Team specifically would be dealing with this rather than Support which covers multiple areas.

You should get a response in a day or two.
