Can't Sign in in my account with Avast 8

Hi!
I’m running Avast Internet Security 8.0.1483 in Windows 8 x64, and when I try to sign in to my account I can’t.
Whe I click in “sign in” under account link in the right corner it says:

“Retrieving information, please wait…” and after ~30seconds the popup simply disappears.

What I’ve tried:

  • Wait a few days
  • Uninstall, install again

any ideas?

make sure your registered email and password are correct
type the email and try to recover the password
if it does not create a new account
I never had any problem with my account

type in the search box firewall
click Allow a program through windows firewall
