Can't sing in - "Internal Server Error!"

I have Avast Internet Security (ver 11.1.2253) but it has been offline for some time
When I try to log in it says Internal Server Error!

I’m a total noob when it comes to this stuff, what should I do?
My cpu has been blue screening and I think it’s a virus

Thanks

If so, follow instructions and attach logs https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

1]
You are using a old(er) version of avast.

2]
Login where/what?

attach logs as in paste all the text or is there a way to attach the file?

I’ll download the newest version
In my Avast program there is a Sign in towards the top right of the screen, not sure if that’s just for facebook or what

Below the box you write in ... Attachments and other options

Note. The avast Antirootkit installed but crashes every time I launch it so I couldn’t get that log.

Could you be a bit more specific about your problem

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

After trying for a day to get passed “Internal Server Error”, and writing customer service, I uninstalled Avast Pro and rebooted my laptop. Then I downloaded the Avast Free version and got it running so I had some protection. I signed in on the free version, clicked on the option to upgrade, Avast found my Pro activation key and upgraded and updated. The Pro version is running as if nothing had ever happened.
