Just bought Avast premier 3-pc. from digital river but did not receive any order ID, and no licence. So cant submit a billing case since I do not have an order ID. But my bank have drawn the money. Maybe I miss-typed the e mail address. What to do ?

Yes I have tried, the problem is that you have to type in a order ID to submit that I do not have. you cant not send it away unless. :-\
