Can't Sync & Backup due to lost password

Hello, I can’t Sync & Backup passwords due to a lost password - however I do have the master password. This is very frustrating as I can’t do anything without the PW - cant even uninstall the application. What is the procedure to reset password because in order to do this - it asked for password !!!
