Can't sync my avast passwords?

Hi! I have had avast for the longest, I’ve had the same computer with it, but different phones. I am trying to sync my passwords thru the avast passwords app on my phone, and I keep getting this code I need to input. I don’t see where to input this, when my account has fully accepted my phone and my computer under “my devices”. I thought, if I turned off then turned sync back on, it would fix this, but now my computer needs to input the code too! Should I remove all my devices and start anew?
