Hi everyone, I’m currently using a free version of avast antivirus on windows 11. I wanted to uninstall it so I used the uninstall tool provided by avast here: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/Uninstall-Antivirus/
I opened it with administrator’s privileges but it won’t open. Just a blue little window pops up and a light blue line loads for a couple of seconds and it shuts down on its own. I think the issue is that the tool is not windows 11 compatible.
I tried uninstalling using the control panel but avast wasn’t visible among the other programs there.
I just need a way to uninstall it. Would appreciate any help/tips.
