I have also tried avast free /clear. Totally lost here but it is driving me crazy. Desperately needed to get this done and have been trying work arounds as my last password isn’t working.
Any Help Would be Definitely Appreciated

You shouldn’t need a password to access or remove Avast using Avast Clear as this is/should be being run/done from safe mode.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member and I don’t use Avast One. So I have had to research this via google.
