Cant update and reinstall AVAST FREE (or other AVs) even on Clean Install (!!!)

I cant install avast through web installer I always get an error
Installing it though Ninite resuts at unability of Avast (or other AV) to update its virus definitions.

I reinstalled my OS (Win.10) more than 10 times but the problem still persist…
