Cant update usig downloaded vpsupdate file.

guys!!
any body know why i cnt update using downloaded vpsupdate file?
it generates the following error code

Can’t install VPSupdate
Version 4.6.763
SI:0x00000005
ST:0x2000001C
LE:0x00000000

Why is this error occuring?can anyone advice me on what to do?

Can you give us more info?
Which is your operational system?
Which avast language are you using?
Did you download the correct vpsupd.exe file (I mean, for your version)?
Are you using the Administrator account of this computer?

0x2000001C means LICENSE BANNED. If you think it got banned without reason and you actually have valid contract with us, please contact your distributor or directly our sales department.
