Can't use any Premium features even though I've started the free trial

Hi! I wonder why I can’t use any Premium features even though I’ve started the free trial. There’s literally no difference between what I can do now with Avast and the free version. I’ve tried literally everything and I have no idea why it doesn’t work. I was looking forward to this and I was genuinely think of paying a two year subscription, but I’m now very close to giving up and just cancelling this.

Could you open Avast Premium Security > go to Protection and provide me with a screenshot of that section, please?
