help! I have msn and are trying to use incredimail, downloaded it correctly and put in right username and pass word, still unable to use it, msn said it isn’t blocking use of it, incredimail is’nt responding. this is the message I am getting auth. failure. review sever details. validate username and password(did that) then on bottem says Null.
can anyone help me!please.

Could it be the Avast! mail scanner? Try disabling that and seeing if Incredimail functions fine. Have you just recently had this problem or only after installing Avast!?
Do you use a firewall? Which one?
Does C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashMaiSv.exe is allowed to connect?
Poste the exact error message you get, or even better make a screenshot, so we can see what’s going on.
Without knowing some details, no one will be able to assist you with this problem. Post some info about your system specifications, what is the other security related software you are running along with avast! on your machine etc.
