Hi I just purchased the pro version. I followed the email and downloaded the pro version. I uninstalled the home version I had and after downloading the pro version, I tried to register the license number in the email. What do I do to get rid of the license key of the free version. I tried to key in the new one but it wont get accepted. Payment from my credit card has already been accepted. What do I do?
You shouldn’t have had to uninstall the Home version, just enter the new key, if on-line at the time it converts to the Pro version.
Don’t try to key in the new one, copy and paste it from the email into the appropriate location, taking care not to copy any trailing spaces after the license number.
Or are you saying that you can enter the key but it is being reported as invalid or some other error ?
