Yeah can’t be 100% certain as I am not a customer. But since you are, easiest place to get an answer would be directly from them (your ISP)
Yeah, what Gargamel said, plus it’s weird because their site (if I’m looking at the right one) looks like they’re a reseller for phones and broadband service, but it doesn’t look like they’re the actual ISP.
But, it could be some advertising software that came with purchasing a broadband service from that site.

If your ISP is an aol reseller, just be careful with the adware that aol is putting out and the almost daily “updates,” which are really adware and more graphics taking up more memory. If you have broadband/cable/DSL, I would suggest that if you want to stick with aol, to use aol webmail instead so you do not get this and go through your browser instead. Also aol is knows for adding on toolbars and extensions in IE, so have a good 2-way third-party firewall for protection to keep the creeps out. ;D
