cdn pushmart? can't figure out what is wrong

So I keep getting this message below, can’t figure out what is wrong, got it from accessing multiple random sites (like FB and YB included, but many other unrelated sites) get it pretty randomly, already got it when I wasn’t even using my notebook. Since it’s so random I’m assuming my computer is infected with something but Avast can’t remove it for some reason? Please help?

have you tried to clear your browser surf history?

do you have any browser extensions that try to connect to that URL ?
