hello! I have a problem, with the installation of avast sbs suite premium.
when I login into the ADNM Console the login fails and it sends me this error: “unable to login as SA or connection error”
in the AMS Maintenance tool i have tried to test the “sql connection” and “Check DB” they are both OK!
I have found that the certificate SSL isn’t reliable and I should install it into the server’s Certificate autority.
I need some help to resolve this problem.
I insert the Italian error message if it’s helpfull : “Questo certificato principale CA non è considerato attendibile. per renderlo attendibile installarlo nell’ archivio dell autorità di certificazione principale attendibile”
Please, if it possible, help me quickly, i have some pc without protection!
The default username/password is administrator/admin. You use it for the first login and then you should change it.
It should not be necessary to manually install the AMS certificate to the Windows storage. Just accept the certificate when logging in and the console will remember it.

thanks the problem is resolved but in this moment I have another problem: On the server I have installed “Avast 4.8 server edition” and “avast menagment tool”; I should install avast in the local workstation machine but I can’t do it. there is any help page, guide or tutorial for installing the avast sbs suite ?

avast on the server is running… my problem is install avast on local workstation. what is the correct procedure to install avast on local pc? what do I need? in this moment on one local workstation I have installed “avast menagement tool” and “avast 4.8 pro” the first program login correctly in the server, but the second is running with trial license (60 day expire)
I need specific istruction to configure ADNM on local machine!
