Can i change my 1 year subscription to maybe 2 months since 1 month has already passed?

There are only 1, 2 and 3 year subscriptions.

I have the same problem for a while. There is no customer services with this company. It is a mess up. I have many licences till 2019. My computer had a hardware fault and the programs had to be downloaded again. I am trying to download Avast, but the activation code does not work on the same PC again. I cannot get hold of anybody. I do not know what to do.
