Change email address

I hope someone can help me as I have gone through the proper channels and contacted avast through their ticket service. It has now been 11 days and 9 hours and still no response.

I need to change my email address as my previous one no longer exists. I also need to then set up on online account and cancel automatic subscription as the card I had listed is no longer available.

Any suggestions?
