Does any one know how to change languages. I would like to change it back to English from the Norwegian version. It’s bokmal and not Nynorsk.

Go to settings in the upper right corner of the GUI. Go to the languages tab then install additional languages or select the language if the language pack is already installed.
Go to add/remove programs
Find avast
Choose uninstall/change
You want leave it on change
Click next
You can then add or remove languages
Hit next and finish the setup
Or you could take the easier route and follow the instructions posted by Charyb.
