On the Avast websites shown below (*) and within the Avast user Interface, there is not an option to change my email address.
I need to change my mailbox and will welcome Avast intervention.

We have two Avast products deployed on one PC and, separately, one Android device.
Log in to your my.avast.com account.
Once in there, you can add a new email address, once you have successfully added the new email address you should now be able to set as your default/primary email address.
Once you have that done that successfully, you can delete the old one.
