When I take change pc settings , it crashes back to start menu. Can’t access any of the settings. Earlier I had a problem of seeing only shortcuts instead of folders in external drives . When i clicked on shortcuts, folder will open along with a warning that some javascript is missing. I cleared it using the cmd command attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:*.* . But now I cant access change pc settings. What to do???

does your computer boot “normally” in safemode?
