What you have described, that definitely doesn’t sound right!
After submitting a ticket, patience is a virtue as I believe response can take a few days. This being a weekend, and Easter holidays it probably could take an extra time.
Submitting more tickets I don’t believe, speeds anything up, probably the opposite. :slight_smile:
