Charged and p for renewal of 3 license 1 march 2017 and now Avast saying I paind

Whats happening here - Account shows Ive paid annual subscription for 3 license, on line account shows that same. I have the emailed receipt to state renewal paid for and yet here I am with no service and being told to access the internet without firewall or any defence.

And to make matters worse you cannot talk to anyone and get sorted - Is it time to get the money back and seek a contactable reliable company elsewhere?

Thought Avast was supposed to be leader in the business
