charged but software not activated

Hello
I requested for grim fighter software and money has been charged £14.99 from my account and I receive an email after 3 days as avast is not able to get mone from my account so subscription us cancelled.
Now I have paid and requested for refund via ticket or over the phone.

I have not been able to use the software and I want the mobey refund.
Where should I contact any phone number because I have tried the ticketing system.

Same problem ordered I year cleanup for my laptop £14.99 paid with credit card, got confirmation email thanking me for shopping with Avast, then gave me instructions to notify my bank to wire release funds to
Digital River, as I already paid Avast with my credit card its up to them to forward the money to
Digital River, emailed D/River got email back with the same instructions to contact my bank to send the
funds to them, its not going to happen, but if Avast takes £14.99 from my account I will take this further.
