As title says, I’ve been charged $90 by Avast and I don’t have an account associated with any of my emails. To request a refund I need an order number which I can’t access without an email address/account. I feel like I should have at least received a receipt informing me of a charge. The charge was less than 30 days ago, I do not want the product and was unaware I had purchased it. If I can’t get a refund, then i will have to initiate a charge back.
