Charged for Internet Security twice. Want full refund.

I NEVER received an email from Avast stating that I had the auto-renewal and that it was going to auto-renew.

I got charged on 8/23/2016 and again on 8/28/2016. Total of 80 dollars. I am a college student starting a new semester. I never authorized these payments and I have books to buy for school. I need my refunds ASAP. Completely unacceptable.

Tried calling the costumer service line and they could not help me at all. Just told me to make a ticket. I have been reading posts about Avast taking forever to refund and I need my money back.

Is there any way I can talk to a real person and have this figured out soon?
