Charged for Software but Not Provided by Avast

I recently purchased software from Avast however, I accidently missed one letter in my email address. Consequently, I have been charged the subscription but not received the software. I have been trying to resolve this with Avast multiple times but I am getting no responses (only automatic ones which are of no use).

I need some help with this.

You need to create a ticket and ask avast to change the email address to the correct one.

I have done that twice now with no help from Avast.

Ticket system work according to first in / first out, if you create a new you are put back in line

Ticket No. 700089 posted on 5, 6, 7, 8 Feb, and still no resolution as at 12 Feb.
Ticket No. 710281 posted on 12 Feb, received a reply email that has no solution, just asking that I provide my postal address, which I have done previously when asked on 5, 6, 7 & 8 Feb.

Just seem to be going around in circles with no resolution. It appears that once I receive the email asking for my postal address, that’s where it ends. No further assistance.

Please don’t create multiple topics on the same issue, especially in unrelated sub-forum, stick with this one.

The support ticket system is on a first in first out, submitting multiple tickets isn’t helping and could just be pushing back down the order. Currently support tickets are handled between 1 - 5 workings days.
