Charged three times for VPN and Cleanup

Hey there

Can someone advise? Just checking my account and I have seen I have been charged 3 times for renewing Avast services.

I wanted to take advantage of the offer to get VPN and Cleanup for £9.99, however I have been charged the £9.99 plus £35.88 for VPN and £29.99 for Clean up!! What’s the best way to get the latter figures refunded?

According to our system on Apr/04/2020 you purchased Avast Ultimate at the discounted price.
According to our system on Apr/04/2020 you also purchased Avast Cleanup and Avast SecureLine VPN separately, hence the “additional” charges.
Avast Ultimate already includes Avast Cleanup and Avast SecureLine VPN - Please see this link: https://www.avast.com/en-gb/compare-antivirus
You can thus obtain a refund for the latter applications.
