Hi all,
I was charged twice for my renewal about three-four weeks ago. I submitted a ticket with support but its been 22 days now. I’ve noticed a few posts about the possibility of giving avast a nudge so I thought it was worth a try.
How long does it take avast to answer a ticket? I can’t believe its been 22 days without even a hint of an answer.
