Charity Discount Voucher

I have requested a voucher for my non profit twice in the last 2 months and no response to date. My trial period has now expired and I am open for virus attacks. Does this option exist anymore or just no one is checking their emails?

I would appreciate a response very soon.

The software is amazing, better than any other product I have used to date but the product needs some sort of support or call centre. I have been frustrated every single step of the way. I understand the need to reduct costs but I am about to pass on purchasing because they lack of organization. I have switched 6 people over to avast but never relized how difficult it is to purchase the software.
