I have a subscription expiring next month which is on Auto-Renewal, however, I do not remember which Credit Card I used and am not sure if it is still valid. I do not know how to find out this information. Also, I talked to a Customer Service representative who informed me I have another License dating from 2013 which is being automatically renewed each year and I have not even been using it. I also see that the Email address on the License I am using presently is one which I believe I have changed in my profile but have been unable to find anything in my Profile other than my name.
You could also check to see if your Order number can be found at https://store.avast.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage&SiteID=avast. If so you may be able to see what the Auto Renewal information is.

If so, this is likely the auto-renewal that took place.
What is that number supposed to be ?
