I submitted a ticket on 25 Sep 14 to the support team but still have no reply.
I used an iphone 5 to check my android mobile’s location but unsuccessfully.
The problem was I used both chrome or safari to login avast web site, after i input my login email and password, the web was keeping to show a loading page (blank page) on the screen, then no response.
But I used a desktop to login, it’s successful.
Anyone can help me!!!
