I recently sent a ticket but I couldn’t really find an option where it could be tracked or whatsoever. Is there any way to that? Or will I be notified by e-mail when it’s processed?

Open https://my.avast.com and all tickets are listed there including their status.
Under which option is it because I couldn’t find it there. Sorry if a bit dumb ![]()
It was not under any option.
It showed right away on the page when I visited the page while I was logged in here.
Now it doesn’t show, but I am on a tablet now and not on my PC.
Could be that is the difference.
Check if you get to see them if you go to https://support.avast.com/ while logged in.
