Please Help!!! My laptop has come under threat by a virus. On my user account I am unable to access anything, I keep getting this message telling me to pay money to ucash. I unplugged my user account from the internet so all I have a is a white screen. I am currently logged into my brothers user account, which is why I am able to access the internet. Can someone please help?!

Hi there can you log into your user account under safe mode ? As I need to check the shell key for that user. I can see the bad file but if I delete it without changing the registry your computer will not boot
If you can get safe mode for your user account then download the following programme to the c drive
Start the computer in safe mode with command prompt
At the command prompt type the following :
In the command window type c:\frst64.exe and press Enter
The tool will start to run.
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.
i can’t boot the cimputer into safe mode because F12 does not let me enter safe mode on the sony vaio.
safe mode is usually F8
