Chrome and Firefox trigger Avast

When I start Chrome Avast jumps up a states it has blocked Includer-AGO.
When I start Firefox Avast blocks gigirugu.com and chacku.com.
It looks as if Avast is stopping something malicious but it keeps coming back.
How do I get rid of these nasties completely.
Any help welcome.
