Hi there.

I got this today (see attached images) (just after I installed Audacity, suspect Windows 8 search might have served me a dodgy download link - never using that thing again).

Avast claims my system is clean and my browsers are clean. I reinstalled chrome; it reinstalled the malware.

Advice please!

MBAM seems to have fixed it. Sorry for missing the relevant post.

Please provide the requested log files and let us have a look.
There still can be things left that need to be removed.
