Have the alerts now ceased on both users ?
They’re still showing.
They’re both for Youtube, but it happens with evety attempt to open a site.
OK it is something different for these
Could you run Chrome and disable the add ons one by one until the alerts disappear
It’s the same that happened with my acct. Adobe Flash Player 3.38 it’s the only one that can’t be disabled. Other than that they only have one extension Doc reader or something like that, but it’s been disabled ever since installed.
OK I just revisited the OTL logs and then I noticed that the chrome folders for both other users were directing to the main account C:\Users\Max
So it would seem that the next option is to uninstall chrome from both accounts and then re-install afresh
Thank you very much.
That worked. Uninstalled then reinstalled and the warning stopped. It even made the trojan “visible” so it could be erased by the antivirus (before it didn’t detected it).
I appreciate all your help.
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean

Hi. I hope your having a good day.
Well… how to say this.
The warnings came back. The last time (when I uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome) I checked if the warnings had stopped, but then the next day my brother used his account and again the warning is there. Today happened the same on my father’s acct.
Just on those two accounts and not the main one ?
Yes.
Only on those two. My acct (main) hasn’t shown any warnings.
Are the two sub accounts using Google synch http://www.guidingtech.com/3125/chrome-bookmarks-sync/
Could you run an OTL scan selecting all users please
