IE, Edge and Firefox all work fine. Chrome crashes…uninstall Avast and the problem is resolved. Please advise…we have over 500 computers running Avast in this district.

Below are the details of program version and virus definition we are on.

Uninstalling Avast completely fixes the issue. Strangely enough IE and Mozilla works fine tho.

thank you for reporting. The fix is already in our release pipeline so it will be available in the next VPS update.

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately we have let our subscription expire temporarily while we secure the funds (public school district budget). Will we be getting this update even though we are EXPIRED?

Can you tell me when this fix will be released? I have over 2000 affected computers.

Hi all,
I´m still running the same problems as the others. I update and no fix as happened.
my versión is in the jpg attached.
