I must say (with my head hung low in humility) the error I reported was caused by MYSELF. After a week of not even sitting in front of my PC, I thought I would try something I hadn’t done before running here to the forum. Well, I am sitting here with my AvastIS running as it should, NO errors anywhere. Tests all look good (full scan and MBAM), so it’s NOT broken—I think my brain was switched off that day.
