I would like to make clean reinstall.
how to save data, settings, rules etc? Dont want to set up everything after reinstall
do i need to pay attention on something else before/while/after reinstall?

There should be an option to backup your Avast settings at the bottom of the settings screen.
yea, got it. But does this save really everything or does somethings stay unsaved? What about UI settings, sounds…
is there a removal tool?
avast’s setting backup is broken as it only saves 80-90% of the current settings. I have tried with many versions and the result was the same
avast fails to restore global exclusion and some on the main settings UI
nothing changes after a reboot

which global exclusions do you mean? where is it in the GUI?
