Clean up stuck step 2 - after reboot user profile disappears

Hello Avast support team,

I’ve had the same problems some of you guys have had, but in my case is only when I run the ‘registry clean-up’. It get stuck in step 2. And then, every time I turn my computer off and on again, or reboot it, I key my password in but my connecting account (if I can call it that - you know when you turn on your computer and you have to log in with your outlook account to access your data) simply disappear, and I can’t access anything. It’s shown a message to check my log. When I reboot again, things go back to normal.

What should I do? Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall the clean up? I like this product and I’d like to keep using it.
