hey wondering if someone could help me out i am looking for a program that can get rid of the temp internet files and cache and whatever that i dont need. and just clean every thing up

try Ccleaner
Such a util does not excist.
There are some that can help, but there is none that cleans up better than when you do it manually.
https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner is a decent one.
http://portableapps.com/node/33841TFC is another decent one.
Just some friendly advice. 
Unless you’re an expert stick with the default settings of Ccleaner.
They do a fairly decent job without possibly getting you into trouble.
actually in am as far from an expert i am not so great with computers. thanks alot bob, also where would be a good place to get Ccleaner and how would a person do it manually (EDDY)

If your not an expert do not try to do it manually until you have more expertise in the matter. To get Ccleaner click on the Piriform link in Eddys post. I use it and it is an excellent product.

Cryptoprevent is a free tool that will prevent infection from Cryptolocker a nasty piece of malware you do not want. See link.
