Clean web site is still blacklisted with Avast

Hello. Allshares.Ge file hsoting and we have a lot of fileservers. Avast blocks two of this servers 80.241.245.35 and 80.241.245.37. On opening any file from this ips hxxp://80.241.245.35/index.html (default file, size = 0 bytes) avasts writes that site has malware infection. Can you exclude the site from avast’s blacklist?
The site is hxxp://allshares.ge/.

but yes servers draw a block

Home site hxxp://allshares.ge has no problem. Avast still block connectons from this two IPs. Can you exclude the IPs from avast’s blacklist?

my checks have all found there to be no threats on the above ip addresses
but you will have to wait for someone from avast before any specific action can be authorized.

I imagine that they will be sort this as soon as they can. they do monitor the forum.
