cleanup and computer crashes

Hello,
I purchased cleanup-3PCs.
On one computer ist runns well :slight_smile: , the other computer crashes :frowning: .

I have to run first the smart scan then I can run the cleanup
on this computer. There is nothing to run the soft directly.

Please help me.

What OS/SP ?
What exact version of avast ?
Already performed a repair of avast ?
Already performed a clean installation of avast ?

Hello oldeurope,

could you please provide Avast Cleanup log files? This will help us to find the problem.

You can find them typically there:
C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\AvastSvc.log
C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\GrimeFighter2.log
C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\GrimeFighter2\ (the whole folder)
